I tried all week, but cannot get the video to load to the blog. I recorded the announcement of Obama's arrival at the Capitol. Many chants of O-BA-MA. You'll have to settle for the still of his speech.
People went to great lengths to see above the crowd. Trees, port-o-potties...
We settled for the hilltop of the Washington Monument.
The beautifully frozen Potomac. Possibly the best part of winter here.
