Here is the first of my "Discovering the Holy Land" columns that may be published on our blog.
Surprise Mom and Dad (and Mike), here are your friends from your past. I finally was able to track down my friend who was able to take this picture of me with President and Sister Bradford. Also posted are the pictures of the chapel in Jordan. This was one of my favorite days of the whole trip.

At the end of the program, my professor had us write about a memory of the experience and my greatest memories were the opportunities that we had to meet at church under such unique circumstances. After traveling and touring all day, the Amman Jordan Branch had planned to host a special sacrament meeting for us Sunday evening. It was such a fun experience to sing in both Arabic and English and to have the sacrament blessed in Arabic. President Bradford gave a fabulous talk and the spirit there was just amazing. It got me so excited about the missionary opportunities that will one day be available in the Middle East. Dad--keep studying your Arabic!
